Terms of Service
Effective date: 6 July 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Sosho (“Sosho”, “we”, “us”), an AI social-media manager operated from the United Kingdom. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please don’t use Sosho.
The service
Sosho helps local businesses create and publish social-media content. You chat with Sosho over WhatsApp, Telegram or the web dashboard and send photos and instructions; Sosho generates captions and branded images and publishes posts to your connected Facebook Page under the publishing controls you choose. By default, a manager approves a post before it goes live. You may separately opt into automatic publishing for eligible scheduled content, and may turn that setting off or disconnect Facebook at any time.
Your account
You must give accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login details secure. You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act for the business you register. Tell us promptly at support@gososho.co.uk if you believe your account has been compromised.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Sosho to create or publish content that is unlawful, misleading, deceptive, infringing, defamatory, hateful or otherwise objectionable, or that breaches the rules of any connected platform. You warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to any photos, logos, product information and other materials you upload, and that our using them to generate and publish your posts will not infringe anyone’s rights.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you provide and of the posts created for your business. To operate the service, you grant Sosho a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to store, process, adapt and publish that content for the purpose of providing the service to you — including generating captions and artwork and posting to your Facebook Page on your behalf. This licence ends when the content is deleted from the service, subject to reasonable backup retention.
Automated publishing
If you enable automatic Facebook publishing, you authorise Sosho to publish eligible scheduled content without asking for approval on each individual post. Sosho keeps a publication record and provides controls to edit or delete supported posts. You remain responsible for reviewing your settings and may withdraw this authorisation at any time.
Third-party platforms
Sosho connects to third-party platforms, including Facebook (Meta) and WhatsApp. Your use of those platforms through Sosho is also subject to their own terms and policies, and their availability and behaviour are outside our control. You are responsible for holding the rights and permissions needed to publish to the Facebook Page you connect.
Fees
Some features are offered on paid plans. Pricing and billing terms are those presented to you when you subscribe. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of VAT. You can cancel at any time; your Page and your published posts remain yours.
Service availability
We work to keep Sosho reliable, but the service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We don’t guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that generated content will always be suitable — you should review posts before approving them.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sosho will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Subject to that, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Termination
You may stop using Sosho and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to others, to a connected platform or to us. On termination we will delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we’ll update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the service. Continuing to use Sosho after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory rights you have as a consumer.
